These Terms govern your use of Arya Intelligence (the “App” and “Service”). “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Filip Bukovina. Contact: legal.ai@bukovinafilip.com
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Arya Intelligence is an AI chat app that lets you send prompts and receive model-generated responses. To provide responses, your chats may be shared with OpenAI (for “GPT-5 nano”) and xAI (for “Grok 4 Fast”).
You must be at least 16 in the EEA/UK (or the digital consent age in your country) and at least 13 elsewhere.
Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
Arya Pro is $4.99 (USD) per month with unlimited usage, supported by sharing chats with our model partners (see §9).
Purchases are processed by the App Store / Play Store; their billing terms, taxes, and refund rules apply.
Fair Use: “Unlimited” means no preset cap for normal usage. We may apply technical or anti-abuse limits to protect reliability (e.g., rate limits, automated abuse detection).
We may change prices or plans with notice; changes take effect in your next billing period.
You agree not to:
Break the law; infringe IP or privacy rights; harass, defame, or exploit anyone.
Upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security, or misuse outputs.
Use the Service for high-risk scenarios (medical, legal, financial, safety-critical) where errors could cause harm.
AI can be wrong, biased, or incomplete. No professional advice. Verify important information independently.
You retain rights to the content you input. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
The App, branding, and code are our IP. You may not reverse engineer or create derivative works except where allowed by law. OpenAI, xAI, GPT-5 nano, and Grok 4 Fast are respective owners’ marks.
To generate replies, we share your chats (prompts, messages, and related metadata) with:
OpenAI for GPT-5 nano
xAI for Grok 4 Fast
These providers may process and retain your data under their own terms and policies, which can include model improvement and safety uses. Using Arya Pro at the stated price requires this sharing. If you don’t agree, please do not use Pro (you can use non-Pro features that do not send your data, if available).
We may change the Service and these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice (e.g., in-app). Continued use means you accept the changes.
You may stop using the Service at any time and manage your subscription in the store settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic, except where your local consumer laws provide otherwise. Courts of Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
